Once You’ve Downloaded the App, Create Yourself a “Family Account”, where you (human) will be the Owner/Account Holder, and then your pup will be listed as a “dependent” or “child”.
From the App, be sure to book the right daycare location - each location is listed separately:
405 Harvard St - Small Dogs Only
1117 Commonwealth Ave - Allston Facility (All Dogs)
64 Harvard St - Brookline Village Facility (All Dogs)
We now offer an Unlimited Daycare Monthly Membership. The cost is $600, and this Membership allows your pup to attend any daycare facility any day/time that we are open. That’s 24 or more days/month available: WOW - what a deal!!!
Please Be Sure to Pre-Book All Daycare Appointments from your App. Should You Wish to Drop In Unannounced, you WILL BE PERMITTED to drop off your pup as long as there is a credit balance on your account that can be used towards services requested.
FOR PICKUP/DROP-OFF SERVICE:::::
Please Note: Book Your Pup for BOTH the Daycare Class AND the Pickup/Drop-Off Service for your desired day. This means you will purchase TWO items for any day you’d like daycare with transport service (be it Daycare AND Pickup, Daycare AND Drop-Off, or Daycare AND Pickup & Drop-Off Service). Be sure to purchase both services separately in your cart (you will need credits for both services to choose these options).
